Bitez Risa Hotel

Had an amazing New Year's experience at this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport, local shops, and the beach. The spacious and clean rooms had a fantastic view of the hotel pool, and towels were changed daily. The pool itself was a good size and provided a relaxing atmosphere.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the hot water in our allocated room was not working properly, and it took multiple complaints and a room change before the issue was resolved.

the hotel was placed close to the beach. the pool view was a bonus.

Had a super fun time here! 🌊 the pool was awesome for swimming and just chilling. All the cool spots we wanted to check out, like the hamam, were so close we could walk to them.

Spent a lovely New Year's break at this hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach and local shops. the room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. the all-inclusive package included a variety of food and drinks which was great value for money. We also enjoyed the entertainment provided in the evenings.

The pool was a little too cold to swim in for an extended period of time, but this wasn't a big issue as we spent most of our time exploring the local area. the gym equipment was a bit outdated and could have benefitted from being updated.

The music played around the pool area can be quite loud, which may not be ideal for those seeking a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

The hotel's location is perfect, as it is really close to the beach. It is just a short walk away, located on the left hand side after the small bridge. the staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. They were great too ensure our needs were met and even helped us with any problems we had. The hotel facilities were also clean and in good condition, providing a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy.
